2. Services, price and contract
We help consumers find, compare and negotiate property and provide related brokerage support. Brokerage is not a licensed activity in Ukraine, so we claim no state licence or licence number for agency work. Before you order we disclose the service, its price in hryvnia including all taxes and mandatory fees, the terms of performance and how the contract is concluded; the contract is formed when you confirm our written offer and we accept it (Law No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015; Law No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023).
3. Your responsibilities
Use the site lawfully, give accurate details and do not scrape content or misuse contact channels. Listings come from third parties: verify ownership and encumbrances before signing documents or paying money. We do not warrant third-party listings and are not liable for indirect loss; your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
