1. Controller
cythoria.com LLC, EDRPOU 37180121, registered at Office 12, 5B Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine, represented by Managing Director Maria Garcia, controls the personal data submitted through apartment-search requests, callback requests and e-mail. 2. Data we collect
Name, phone number, e-mail address, city and district of interest, budget range, property preferences, your message, and technical data such as IP address, device and browser details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to answer your apartment-search request, select suitable properties, conclude and perform the service contract, and keep accounting records. The legal basis is your freely given, informed consent and the performance of a contract, as required by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Marketing e-mails are sent only under separate consent.
4. Recipients and retention
Access is limited to our agents and to processors bound by confidentiality: hosting, CRM and e-mail providers, and accountants. We do not sell personal data. Request data is kept for 24 months from the last contact; contract and accounting records are kept for the term set by law and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are set only after your prior informed consent, given through the cookie banner with granular opt-in, in line with Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. You may withdraw consent in the banner settings at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@cythoria.com. We reply within 30 calendar days.
7. Complaints
Send complaints about data processing to contact@cythoria.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів) or to the courts.
8. Service information
Before you order we disclose the price in hryvnia including all taxes and mandatory fees, the service terms and the contract procedure, under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX. Real-estate brokerage is not a licensed activity, and no state licence is claimed.
